About the Role

PitchHub is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphics Design Executive to join its growing remote team. This role is ideal for a design professional who understands that visual communication is central to brand credibility, investor engagement, and business storytelling.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of Content & Research, Digital Marketing Manager, and Video Editor to produce high-quality visual assets that communicate complex business ideas clearly and professionally. The role combines graphic design, presentation design, social media asset creation, document formatting, branding, and creative collaboration in a fast-paced and impact-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Visual Identity

• Maintain visual consistency across all PitchHub design outputs
• Develop and maintain brand templates, design systems, and style guides
• Support the evolution of the company’s visual identity while preserving brand coherence
• Ensure all creative materials align with the company’s professional image

Social Media & Digital Assets

• Design visual content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Create infographics, flyers, quote cards, campaign graphics, covers, and social media carousels
• Optimize visual assets according to platform-specific formats and audience behaviour
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to support content calendars and campaigns

Document & Presentation Design

• Design professional pitch decks, investor presentations, and client-facing materials
• Create visually engaging industry reports, white papers, and programme materials
• Translate complex business and financial information into clear visual layouts
• Ensure documents are print-ready or optimized for digital viewing
• Maintain consistent formatting, typography, and visual hierarchy across all outputs

Video & Motion Collaboration

• Work with the Video Editor to create video thumbnails, overlays, and motion graphics
• Ensure visual consistency between video content and static branding assets
• Support multimedia storytelling and content marketing initiatives

Tools & Workflow

• Produce high-quality work primarily using Canva
• Organize design files, templates, and creative assets efficiently
• Source and manage licensed images, icons, and illustration libraries
• Maintain efficient workflows and meet project deadlines consistently

Candidate Requirements

Required

• Strong portfolio showcasing multiple design formats including presentations, infographics, social media assets, reports, and branded materials
• Advanced proficiency in Canva
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing professional presentations, reports, and investor-facing documents
• Familiarity with social media content design and platform-specific creative requirements
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage workloads independently in a remote environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Experience collaborating with video editors or producing assets for video content
