We are also not a recruitment agency and do not have direct influence over hiring decisions or scholarship approvals. All job vacancies and scholarship opportunities posted on this platform are sourced from verified public channels for informational purposes only.
Please note that we do not request money from applicants at any stage of the recruitment or scholarship process. If anyone contacts you demanding payment or claiming to represent us in exchange for employment or scholarship placement, kindly regard such requests as fraudulent.
Opportunities, requirements and deadlines can change or be withdrawn by the organisation offering them, and links may take you to external websites we do not control. All academic results, student records, fee records and staff attendance settings are entered and managed solely by the respective schools and their authorized personnel. Presoft Solutions acts as a facilitator, providing a platform for result processing and record keeping, and does not independently verify the data provided by schools. Each school is responsible for the accuracy of its data, for deciding who may access it, and for having the necessary consent from parents, guardians and staff to place that data on the platform.
The teacher clock-in features (phone/GPS, entrance QR code, shared kiosk device and optional selfie) are tools that help schools keep attendance records. Please note:
Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Paystack, Flutterwave, Korapay or Stripe) and are subject to their own terms. Fee payments are made to the school, not to Presoft Solutions. Presoft Solutions is not a bank or a payment institution, and is not responsible for payment delays, failed or duplicate transactions, or provider downtime. Please contact your payment provider or the school with payment problems.
Bank account details shown to parents are entered by the school. Always confirm account details with the school office before transferring money, and never pay anyone who contacts you privately claiming to represent Presoft Solutions. Schools are responsible for reconciling payments and for the correctness of their fee records.
Computer-based tests depend on the devices, internet connection and power available to the school and its students. Presoft Solutions is not responsible for interrupted sessions, lost answers or scores affected by connectivity, device or power problems. Schools are responsible for how they set up, supervise and mark their tests.
Access to the Presoft Solutions platform is subject to proper credentials provided by the school. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login details, parent access codes and clock-in PINs, and for signing out of shared devices. Unauthorized access or misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. This includes clocking in or out for another person, using another person’s PIN or login, or tampering with location or device information. Schools may be notified of such activity.
Advertisements shown on the platform are provided by third parties such as Google AdSense and Google Ad Manager. We do not control the content of these ads and their appearance is not an endorsement of any product, service or advertiser. You deal with advertisers at your own risk. For disputes regarding result accuracy, attendance records, fee balances or other content, users must directly contact their respective schools. Presoft Solutions will not mediate or resolve disputes between schools, students, parents or staff.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by using Presoft Solutions you agree that the platform, its owners, employees, or affiliates will not be held liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to inaccuracies, data loss, missed or incorrect attendance records, payment issues, or service interruptions. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Presoft Solutions reserves the right to amend this disclaimer at any time. Changes will be updated on the platform, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated disclaimer.
