Presoft Solutions is a school management platform that automates result processing and gives schools tools for attendance, CBT exams, fees, a public school page and parent access. Teachers enter scores, results are computed automatically, and students and parents view them on a phone or PC.

Yes. A school can add branches, and group schools can manage several campuses from one login. Each campus keeps its own classes, staff and records.
Core result processing, attendance and parent access are available to every school. Add-ons such as CBT exams and fee & finance management are premium. You can see what is included in your plan on the Plans page inside your dashboard.
Yes, if your school has ID cards enabled. Tap Scan on the result checker and point your camera at the QR code on the student ID card and the scratch card. The form fills itself. A used scratch card can be scanned again to reopen the same result.
Yes. Presoft Solutions works in any modern browser on phones, tablets and computers. You can print or save the result as a PDF from the result page.
Yes. Schools can pick a result template, set their own score format (for example CA1, CA2, Exam) and use their brand colour from Settings.
It removes manual calculation. Teachers enter marks once and totals, grades, positions and remarks are generated for them. Teachers can also generate lesson notes with the built-in AI assistant.
Teachers can clock in and out using GPS at the school, by scanning the QR code posted at the entrance, or with a PIN on a shared school device. Selfie verification can be switched on by the school. Admins see flagged entries and can approve correction requests.
They can submit a correction request from the My History tab with the time and a short reason. The school admin reviews it and, once approved, it is added to the attendance record.
Yes. Use the student import tool to upload a spreadsheet and review the rows before saving.
Yes. We provide video tutorials and live training sessions for teachers and administrators. Ask support to schedule one for your school.
Computer-Based Testing lets schools set exams per class, subject and assessment type, build a question bank (including AI-assisted question creation) and have students take timed tests on their own devices. Scores can feed straight into the result sheet. CBT is a premium add-on.
From the school's page, tap Take CBT Exam and sign in with the student details your school provides.
A free practice area with a Daily Streak question, a customisable Quiz Challenge and a 60-second Beat the Clock mode. Players earn badges, and schools get their own leaderboard. No account is needed.
The Smart Tools page includes a GPA calculator, QR code generator and scanner, image converter, URL shortener, BMI calculator and colour palette generator.
Parents use the school's parent portal with the access code given by the school to see results and school updates. Ask your school office for the code.
Yes, with the fee and finance add-on schools can set fees per class, record payments, issue receipts, track balances and connect a payment gateway. Parents can also see which bank accounts the school accepts payments into.
Yes. Accounts are password protected, school data is separated per school, sensitive actions need confirmation, and access is limited by role (director, admin, teacher). Only share card PINs and passwords with the intended person.
On the reset page, enter your email. We send a 6-digit code that stays valid for 5 minutes, then you can set a new password.
Yes. On the login page choose Scan ID and scan the QR on your staff ID card.
