Plenty of social media roles ask you to "grow engagement." Fewer hand you the reporting infrastructure to actually prove it worked. This one does: you'd be building attribution in Sprout Social that connects your content directly to site traffic, which means your work gets judged on outcomes a Growth team actually cares about, not just follower counts.
It's a part-time contractor role to start — about 10 hours a week, ramping to 15–20 — for Tia, a venture-backed women's healthcare company running both virtual care and physical clinics. If you've been doing freelance social management and want something with real reporting rigor behind it, this is built for that.
About Tia
Tia is a women's healthcare company built around a "Whole Woman, Whole Life" model that combines primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness in one place, both in person and virtually. Founded in 2017, the company has raised well over $100 million across multiple funding rounds and says it has served more than 120,000 women across four markets. Tia has also published a clear scam notice: legitimate communication only comes from an @asktia.com address, and the company will never ask for payment or financial details during hiring.
What You'll Do
- Own and run the organic content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, in sync with blog, email, and wider Growth Team plans
- Concept, script, brief, film, and edit short-form video and static content built for each platform's format
- Improve reach through strong hooks, current trends, posting cadence, and TikTok/YouTube search optimization
- Build reporting in Sprout Social, tracking referral traffic and link clicks alongside reach, saves, shares, follower growth, watch time, and profile visits — then turn that data into content decisions
- Maintain the link-in-bio setup, including UTM tagging and which landing pages get priority
- Handle day-to-day comments and DMs through Meta Business Suite and TikTok, working from approved guidance and escalating anything account-sensitive to the clinical and operations teams
- Monitor brand mentions, sentiment, and competitor activity across social platforms and forums, and share recurring questions or emerging trends with Growth
Who Can Apply
- At least 1 year managing organic social channels across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- A portfolio showing content you made and the results it drove — audience growth, engagement, or traffic
- Hands-on experience scripting, filming, and editing short-form video, plus writing social copy
- Experience with Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), and UTM tagging
- Experience moderating communities and using audience feedback or data to shape content
- Available to start at roughly 10 hours a week, ramping to 15–20
- A plus, not required: experience with social escalation protocols in a regulated industry like healthcare or fintech, or experience using social listening to spot emerging content formats
- Sponsorship: Not addressed in the listing. This is an independent contractor engagement rather than an employee role, so traditional visa sponsorship likely doesn't apply in the usual sense — confirm directly with Tia if this matters to you
Pay and Contract Details
- Pay: $30–$40 per hour
- Contract type: Independent contractor, not an employee role
- Schedule: Starting at approximately 10 hours per week, expected to ramp to 15–20 hours per week
- Location: Fully remote
Benefits
Not listed — as an independent contractor role, this is unlikely to carry standard employee benefits (health insurance, PTO, etc.), and the listing doesn't state otherwise. Confirm directly with Tia rather than assuming contractor benefits are included.
One thing worth clocking before you apply: this role sits inside a regulated healthcare company, which is why community management runs through "approved guidance" rather than free-form replies, and why account-sensitive issues get escalated to clinical and operations teams. If you're used to fully independent brand voice control, expect more structure here than a typical consumer brand social role.
How to Apply
Apply directly through Tia's official careers page (Greenhouse-hosted job board). Given the heavy emphasis on proof of results, leading with 2–3 concrete examples of content you've made and the numbers behind them will likely matter more here than a general resume.
