About the Opportunity

The R.A.K.E Foundation is onboarding multiple remote contractors through its program to provide flexible remote work opportunities supporting businesses.

This opportunity is designed for individuals seeking flexible contractor work remotely. Positions are available after completing the required assessments, onboarding process, training, and background check.

What You'll Do

• Provide remote customer support through chat, email, and/or phone, depending on the assignment.
• Complete the required onboarding and training after applying.
• Work independently while maintaining a flexible schedule.
• Attend paid instructor-led training.
• Complete self-paced work each day.
• Support assigned businesses with customer service needs.

Eligibility Requirements

• Windows 11 computer with at least 8GB RAM.
• Webcam and USB headset.
• Two monitors, such as a laptop plus an additional monitor or two monitors.
• Reliable wired internet connection; Wi-Fi is not accepted.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Successful completion of the Customer Service Assessment.
• Availability to attend four weeks of paid training for approximately 4–6 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
• Previous remote work experience is helpful but not required.
• Mac computers are not accepted.
