Role Overview

Her Campus Media is looking for a creative, organized, and social-savvy intern to join its team this fall. You’ll be one of the faces behind Her Campus, College Fashionista, and Spoon University on TikTok and Instagram Reels—creating engaging video content, tracking trends, and building community.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in digital media, content strategy, and brand storytelling while working with a mission-driven team that amplifies Gen Z voices.

Key Responsibilities

Create multiple short-form videos weekly for TikTok and Instagram
Research trending content and adapt memes for Gen Z audiences
Write catchy captions and schedule posts across platforms
Engage with followers and foster online community growth
Collaborate with internal teams and creative agencies
Maintain content calendars and assist with performance reporting

Qualifications

Current college undergraduate (must be eligible for academic credit)
Strong communication, organization, and strategic thinking skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Canva (or similar tools)
Video editing skills and comfort being on camera
Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram from both creator and user perspectives
Passion for pop culture, beauty, career, style, and lifestyle content
Reliable internet and quiet remote workspace
