About the Role
PC Health Care Group is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Dispenser with care home experience to join its healthcare team in Winchmore Hill.
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, supporting medication administration processes, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure compliance with relevant healthcare and medication safety requirements.
This role provides an opportunity for an experienced pharmacy professional to apply their knowledge in a care home environment while contributing to the safe and effective care of residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently while following applicable legal and safety standards.
- Support medication administration processes, ensuring correct dosages and accurate documentation.
- Assist with medication stock management, including stock checks and ordering supplies when required.
- Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing and patient interactions in accordance with data protection requirements.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to support medication safety and quality patient care.
- Provide guidance and support to care staff regarding medication protocols and procedures.
- Ensure the pharmacy area is maintained in accordance with health and safety requirements.
Eligibility Requirements
- Proven pharmacy technician or pharmacy dispensing experience.
- Previous experience working within a care home setting is preferred and relevant to this position.
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and patient care standards.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals and care staff.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
- Relevant pharmacy services qualifications recognised within the UK healthcare system.
- Eligibility to work in the UK or eligibility for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship, where applicable.
