Unlike traditional sales positions, this opportunity focuses on pre-scheduled conversations with warm prospects—there is no cold calling, list scraping, or outbound prospecting.

Successful candidates will receive structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and continuous support while building valuable communication and client engagement skills in a collaborative remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

• Participate in scheduled phone and video conversations with inbound prospective clients.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each client's goals, challenges, and business needs.
• Clearly explain the company's services and help prospects evaluate their available options.
• Guide clients through the next steps of the engagement process in a professional and consultative manner.

Documentation & Collaboration

• Accurately document client conversations and follow-up activities using the company's tracking system.

• Previous experience in remote client-facing roles, customer engagement, consulting, or guided client conversations.
