About the Visual Designer Role

Tekmetric is looking for a talented and creative Visual Designer to help bring its brand to life across digital, social, print, events, campaigns, and customer storytelling initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to create high-quality visual content that is consistent with Tekmetric's brand identity.

This position is ideal for an experienced designer who combines strong creative skills with excellent communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and a passion for building recognizable brands.

Key Responsibilities

As a Visual Designer, your responsibilities will include:

• Execute Tekmetric's brand across digital, social, print, and event materials.
• Create polished and on-brand designs for marketing campaigns and content initiatives.
• Translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into compelling visual assets.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, social media, events, and customer storytelling.
• Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials, including logos, fonts, colors, and messaging.
• Contribute to the development of templates, visual systems, and brand standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to turn business and marketing strategies into effective visual concepts.
• Contribute to Tekmetric's growing design library.
• Help improve creative workflows to increase speed, scalability, and consistency.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch creative concepts.
• Bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to marketing initiatives.
• Present design concepts and communicate creative decisions clearly.
• Review and incorporate feedback from creative and non-creative stakeholders.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the Visual Designer position, candidates should have:

• At least 5 years of professional design experience in-house or at an agency.
• Experience working with branding, marketing, or campaign design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design quality and attention to detail.
• Experience creating designs across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and/or events.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• A strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and apply brand guidelines effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to present creative work and respond constructively to feedback.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A proactive approach to managing assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity, creativity, humility, and an interest in connecting with real-world audiences.
