About the Role

Thorough Care Corporation Ltd is looking for a female driver-care assistant to join its growing care team.

The company is a locally owned domiciliary care provider based in Rochford and serving the Southend-on-Sea area. As care services operate throughout the year, the company offers a variety of flexible working hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

The role involves travelling to clients' homes, so having a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required for this position.

Your Role as a Carer

As a Community/Domiciliary Care Worker, your key responsibility will be to support clients to continue living independently in the comfort of their own homes.

Your duties will include:

• Assisting clients with personal care, including dressing, bathing and toileting.
• Supporting clients with daily activities, including feeding and encouragement.
• Preparing meals.
• Assisting with medication.
• Providing compassionate support that promotes clients' independence and wellbeing.
• Travelling to clients' homes to provide care and assistance.

Eligibility Requirements

• Female driver-care assistant.
• Valid driving licence.
• Access to your own vehicle.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes as required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Applicants should already be based in the UK.
• Candidates should specify if they require Skilled Worker sponsorship.
