Job Overview

Rather than cold calling or prospecting, you will participate in pre-scheduled conversations with inbound contacts, helping them understand available solutions and guiding them through the next steps.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

• Participate in scheduled phone and video conversations with inbound contacts.
• Ask thoughtful and strategic questions to understand each client's goals, needs, and suitability.
• Clearly explain the company's services and help prospective clients evaluate their next steps.
• Build positive relationships through professional and meaningful conversations.

Documentation & Team Collaboration

• Accurately document client conversations and follow-up activities using the company's tracking system.
• Collaborate with team leaders to improve communication strategies and overall performance.
• Support team growth through consistent communication and knowledge sharing.
• Follow established processes while delivering a natural and personalized client experience.

Eligibility Requirements

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• Previous experience in remote client-facing roles, consulting, customer engagement, or guided client conversations.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while following structured processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of managing responsibilities remotely.
• Ability to communicate naturally while following company systems and procedures.
