The company is currently seeking an English-fluent Data Analyst based in Latin America to join its remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Write, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and analyze large automotive marketing and inventory datasets.
• Investigate and resolve data logic issues assigned through HubSpot and Jira, including historical CRM and reporting discrepancies.
• Audit, clean, and standardize large external datasets, including automated email lists, advertising platform performance reports, and vendor data feeds.
• Build, update, and maintain client-facing dashboards and business intelligence (BI) reports based on product requirements.
• Perform thorough quality assurance (QA) checks on reports and datasets to ensure accurate and reliable deliverables.
• Collaborate with the U.S.-based reporting team through daily meetings to resolve analytical backlogs and complete ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Support data-driven decision-making by ensuring high-quality reporting and data integrity.

Eligibility Requirements

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, or a related analytics position.
• Previous experience working with marketing, SaaS, automotive, or similar business data is highly desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, particularly PostgreSQL and ClickHouse, including complex joins, Common Table Expressions (CTEs), aggregations, and query optimization.
• Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to investigate data inconsistencies and identify root causes independently.
• Experience working with structured analytical tasks using platforms such as Jira.
• Ability to complete assignments efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be based in Latin America and eligible to work remotely.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: USD $1,500 – $2,300, depending on experience, seniority, and technical skills.
