- Serve as a professional gatekeeper for the CEO's time and attention.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, reservations, and itineraries.
- Handle last-minute changes when required.
- Identify potential problems before they become urgent.

- Close outstanding tasks and follow-ups promptly.
Weekly Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Conduct a weekly audit of the CEO's calendar.

- Drive accountability until tasks are completed, delegated, or reprioritized.
- Identify recurring administrative bottlenecks.
- Improve the systems behind recurring processes.

- Organizing upcoming business travel and major company events.
- Preparing for launches, speaking engagements, leadership priorities, and major deadlines.
- Maintaining documentation for recurring executive processes.
- Identifying opportunities to use systems, automation, AI, templates, and delegation to increase executive leverage.
- Providing visibility into outstanding priorities, unresolved decisions, bottlenecks, and potential risks.
