Greater Manchester Mental Health (GMMH) NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an Operational Manager to join its Community Care Group Senior Leadership Team in South and Central West Manchester. The role pays £57,528 to £64,750 a year (Band 8a) on a permanent, full-time basis, and — notably — the Trust explicitly welcomes applications from candidates who need Skilled Worker visa sponsorship, including those applying from outside the UK.
This is a senior leadership role suited to an experienced mental health professional with a nursing, social work, or occupational therapy background, ready to take on management responsibility for community-based mental health services.
About Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust
GMMH employs over 6,400 staff delivering services from more than 160 locations. The Trust provides inpatient and community-based mental health care across Bolton, Manchester, Salford, Trafford, and Wigan, along with a range of specialist mental health and substance misuse services across Greater Manchester and the wider North West of England. The Trust is recognised as a Living Wage Employer and is a signatory to the Armed Forces Covenant.

Applicants requiring entry clearance will need to provide a criminal record certificate from any country they've lived in for 12 months or more (cumulative or continuous) over the past 10 years, a requirement that also applies to adult dependants.
