They are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, development, and growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will own the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage the complete product lifecycle—from product discovery and planning to launch, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategies aligned with business goals.
Develop, own, and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer insights and business impact.
Lead product discovery through customer research, competitor analysis, and market evaluation.
Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, product reviews, and product launch activities.
Monitor product performance using data-driven insights to improve user experience and business performance.
Define, monitor, and report key product success metrics including user growth, engagement, retention, and revenue.
Identify new product opportunities and drive product innovation.
Present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance updates to senior leadership.
Utilize AI-powered tools to improve product research, documentation, prioritization, and execution.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 7 years' Product Management experience, including at least 3 years in a Senior Product Manager role or managing complex digital products.
Mandatory fintech experience.
Previous experience working within a fast-paced startup or high-growth technology company.
Demonstrated success building, launching, and scaling digital products with measurable outcomes such as increased user growth, engagement, adoption, retention, or revenue.
Proven ownership of products from discovery through launch and continuous iteration.
Strong knowledge of digital payments and financial services.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
Strong documentation skills with experience writing detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
Expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, backlog management, product discovery, analytics, user story creation, feature prioritization, and product launches.
Good understanding of APIs and basic SQL.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, Notion, and Figma.
Practical experience using AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Notion AI for product research, market analysis, customer insights, PRD development, prioritization, and workflow automation.
Strong strategic thinking and commercial awareness.

Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
